The services we offer are at affordable prices with a possibility of organised tours of Belgrade. Upon arrival in the C DENTAL CENTRE your teeth become our concern and your newest memory will be of your new smile after a wonderful journey through the world of dentistry.

Dear patients, welcome to the C DENTAL CENTRE, a unity between modernly equipped clinics, a dental laboratory with the VITA MASTERLAB certificate and certificate of the BREDENT Centre for South-East Europe, and an x-ray centre equipped with a state-of-the-art SOREDEX CRANEX 3D imaging system that enables a complete diagnostic and therapy. We are located at the very heart of Belgrade, in Cvijićeva Street 130.

As soon as you enter the C DENTAL CENTER, you will be welcomed by smiling and friendly staff, and in a pleasant and relaxing environment our professional team will make a precise and detailed examination of the current condition of your teeth and mouth in order to arrive at a diagnosis and specify a further treatment plan, all with the purpose of resolving the situation that made you come to us.

In order that we can get an insight into your general health and become informed about your therapy, if you take one, you will fill-in a form that will become an integral part of your medical record.

The principle of a good diagnosis implies the use of a digital Orthopan image (digital image of the upper and lower jaws) or, as we say, the teeth’s identity card.

If necessary, we will opt for an image of the target tooth since it is not always possible to perform surgery without an analysis of the 3D radiograph of the jaws, soft tissues, and surrounding structures.

The services we offer are at affordable prices with the possibility of organised tours of Belgrade. Upon arrival in the C DENTAL CENTER your teeth become our concern, and your newest memory will be of your new smile after a wonderful journey through the world of dentistry.

Patients often have great fear of dental interventions. In such cases, as well as with very extensive and long interventions, it is ideal to perform such interventions when the patient is in a state of analgosedation since the patient is completely relaxed and free from discomfort and pain.

However, analgosedation should not be confused with general anaesthesia. Prior to arrival for the adequate intervention that will be performed with analgosedation, the patient will be required to bring a general finding of their blood count and discuss his/her general health status with our anaesthesiologist.

The procedure is very simple. The patient is injected with certain medications that affect his/her state of mind and the feeling of pain through a thin plastic needle during the intervention. All the time the patient is under the monitoring of the anaesthesiologist. The medications used have a feature allowing them to induce amnesia, loss of memory for a given period, and even if there is a dose of discomfort, it is forgiven.

After the intervention, the patient is not allowed to drive a car and has to leave the Centre accompanied by a friend or a member of family.

Fixed prosthodontics is a complex branch of dentistry that is concerned with the restoration of teeth that have been lost due to various reasons such as: – dental cavities – teeth that cannot be conservatively treated because of excessive destruction; – injury; – periodontal disease; – abrasion; – congenital deficiency and some developmental irregularities, etc.

The purpose of the prosthodontics is the restoring of the function and aesthetics, thus directly influencing general health, returning self-confidence, and improving quality of life. What we can offer to our patients in our centre are solutions for almost all cases, ranging from simple to highly complex ones, whether it involves:

Metal ceramic bridges are made of a metal alloy as a basis to which ceramic is attached. The metal layer provides exceptional longevity of the restoration, resistance to chewing force and cracking, and therefore it is a very successful solution for the restoration of lateral teeth. The alloys that we use are Co-based, from Dentaurum Company from Germany.
The ceramic layer over the metal enables an excellent aesthetic moment. The bridge carriers can be natural teeth or tooth implants.
The metal ceramic systems that we use are the most contemporary in the market:
are the highest-quality metal ceramic systems made of natural minerals and ores.

Non-metal crowns offer aesthetic perfection and, with their appearance, we have finally won the battle with the natural appearance of the teeth. Pressed crowns that we use only in the frontal region are distinguished with abrasion similar to that of natural teeth, transparency, luminescence, and opalescence.
-VITA Press system PM 9 enables us to make: inlay, onlay, and solo crowns.
-Zirconia crowns are aesthetic crowns that are made of special blocks in the laboratory in the CAD-CAM technique.
The blocks have properties very similar to natural teeth; abrasion, colour, transparency, so this makes the final product a true copy of the natural teeth. Possibilities are large and we can make individual crowns, bridges, inlays (the main difference between the inlay and the filling is the porcelain filling that is made in the laboratory and compensates for the lost part of the tooth), onlays (they are a transition between the crown and the filling and are used when there is not much tooth substance left and making of a crown is to be avoided; when cavities have destroyed a large surface of the tooth and after the removal of cavities the obtained cavity cannot be filled with the classical filling in a satisfactory manner).
Advantages of the zirconia crowns are the following:
-Full biocompatibility of the material
-Absence of allergies
-New materials (large number of patients with metal ceramic bridges suffer from allergic reactions, resulting from the large amount of nickel in the metal alloy)
-Absence of bimetallism (creating a low-voltage current between two metals, e.g. between the metal-ceramic crown and the amalgam filling)
-Aesthetic superiority related to the metal-ceramic works
-Lack of colouration of the gums at the junction of the crown and the gums

Dentures When a patient is missing many teeth, one of the simplest therapies is dentures. Nowadays, dentures can achieve both functionality and beautiful and natural looks. There are several types and classifications of dentures, among them partial and full dentures. Partial dentures are used when a patient is missing a small number of teeth, and then, they are inserted between the existing teeth.

– Making of BIO DENTAPLAST mobile dentures coloured to match your teeth, metal-free structures distinguished by their perfect accuracy, retention, and ease of wearing.

– Making of BIO Hpp removable and fixed structures via implants, which enable us the most advanced fixed-mobile restoration distinguished with an incredible lightweight fantastic elastic structure and maximum aesthetics, places them at the very pinnacle of dentures in the 21st century with their BIO COMPATIBLE properties.

Complete dentures

Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing. It is only recommended as an alternative economic solution for rehabilitation of edentulous jaws when the insertion of implants is not possible. The base is made of acrylate, while the teeth may be ceramic or made of acrylate. The patient will get temporary teeth for the duration of waiting for his/her denture.

Implant-supported dentures

As the name indicates, the implant-supported dentures are dentures that are attached to teeth implants. Teeth implants are placed into the jawbone and special anchors are built-up over them to subsequently carry the denture. These anchors can be shaped as a small ball or a bar. An excellent feature of the implant-supported dentures is that they are easily removed for cleaning and hygiene, while when we carry them they are firmly affixed and we feel completely safe while we eat or talk.

The approach to every patient is individual. The therapy plan is made with a purpose of meeting all criteria, be they functional or aesthetic. The smile we create for you becomes your trademark. The recognisable naturalness of each of our works is what we are proud of.

The fact is that one’s appearance is something that is very important to every human being. Being satisfied with one’s own looks is the basis for self-esteem and life energy. In our centre, you can find a number of fillers from some of the best quality producers. The price of one millilitre depends on the type used and ranges from EUR 190 to 250. We use: Dermyal, Revanesse, Redexis, Restylane, Teosyal, and Princess. Each of these brands has fillers with different density, and density is what the lasting of the filler depends on. Their effects last up to one year, while the use of Redexis filler for deep wrinkles and shaping of facial contours may last up to two years.

In our centre, you can completely remodel the facial contours with the best quality preparations of hyaluronic acid, a completely natural substance of non-animal origin. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance that can be found in the connective tissue of the human skin, and makes the skin elastic and hard. It has similar effects to collagen; however, its effects last much longer and reactions to the substance are very rare. When injected into the subcutaneous tissue, it binds water, which leads to an increase of the volume. The treatment with the hyaluronic acid is a safe procedure since it is the natural component of the skin.

With the purpose of improving one’s looks, it is possible to: increase the volume of the lips; fill the facial lines; fill the wrinkles on the neck and the low neck-line; and regenerate hands and lifting cheeks. Results from the application of Restylane are immediately visible and last for up to a year. It gives volume and fullness to the skin, fills the wrinkles and shapes the chin, and gives a soft and natural looks to the lips.

Once very popular, amalgam fillings or grey fillings are an ancient history nowadays, and there are an increasing number of patients referring to us with a wish to replace them, which is fully justified when we consider the number of negative characteristics and allergic and toxic reactions. Today, they are replaced with aesthetic composite materials whose diverse range of colours enables formation of fillings led to perfection from morphological and aesthetic points of view, achieving the maximum effect after just one treatment.
However, if the cavity is so advanced that it has reached the tooth nerve, it is necessary to apply endodontic therapy aimed at the elimination of inflamed or infected pulp, and then to carefully clean the inner part of the root canal where the nerve was once placed. We perform treatment of root canals in our centre with both manual and machine instruments, so called NiTi Pro Tapers, which are made of titanium. The length of the canal is defined by the Apex Locator with the Endo Motor. After this treatment, with abundant irrigation, we start filling the canals. The image of each treated tooth is included in the electronic medical record of the patient.

Periodontology is the part of dentistry that deals with prevention, diagnosis, and curing of diseases that affect the supporting structure of teeth, especially soft tissues or gingiva, alveolar bone as well as the periodontal ligaments that are responsible for maintaining the teeth in the jaw. Periodontal diseases are caused by a number of factors, primarily by accumulation of pathogenic bacteria and plaque (soft and hard deposits) between the gums and the teeth. The cause may also be inadequate prosthetics and certain bad habits (mouth breathing, chewing of food on one side, and so on).

The periodontal diseases are also linked to certain diseases like leukaemia, diabetes, hormonal imbalance during pregnancy or puberty, with inheritance having an important role.

Making a diagnosis of a disease at the very beginning is very important. Then, upon an adequate conversation and advice with the patient, the problem can be brought under control and cured. We can treat a developed degree of periodontal disease and prevent its further devastating course.

Every patient coming to the C DENTAL CENTRE has his/her plaque cleaned and teeth polished, after an intraoral examination with ultrasound extensions. The diagnosis is verified based on the OPT or CT analyses and an individual therapy plan is made, as agreed with the patient. Using state-of-the-art technology, we have raised the treatment to the highest level.

In today’s modern era, oral health care has become equally important for patients as well as doctors in C DENTAL CENTER. We are willing to help you with advice and therapy to preserve what you have come for; which is certainly healthy teeth.

Characteristics relating to all surgical procedures at our centre include absence of pain, health safety of patients, and work under analgosedation. Nowadays, it is not possible to imagine modern dentistry without implantology, and after nearly 40 years since the first application of dental implants, only now have they become a standard in dentistry. Today, the implant is the best way to compensate for the lost tooth or teeth, whether lost by trauma, cavities or periodontal disease.

After the loss of a tooth, a natural process follows – the process of resorption or loss of the jawbone in that region. This process can be stopped by placing implants.

A good bone volume and quality, an implant of good properties, placement of certified implants only, an educated and experienced implantologist, detailed analysis of the 3D radiograph and finally, an eligible patient who is a non-smoker and practises good oral hygiene raises success to 99%.

Implants can be placed both in young and elderly patients. Caution should be exercised with patients on anticoagulant therapy, patients with diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension.

Most patients wearing complete dentures due to toothlessness have problems with their stabilisation when chewing or speaking. Therefore, when conditions allow, it is ideal to place 4-6 mini implants, and in exceptional cases, it is possible to use already existing dentures or make a new one.

Orthodontics is concerned with irregularities that relate to both the jaws and the teeth, whether an irregular growth and development of the jaws is in question or irregular positioning of teeth or anodontia, i.e. absence of particular teeth. The orthodontic therapy can be successful at any period in one’s life, equally with children and adults, and as therapy it may be applied within the pre-denture preparation. After diagnostic examination, analysis of the study models and the roentgenogram, the type of the orthodontic appliance, which can be either fixed or removable, is recommended.

Certainly, therapeutic possibilities with children in puberty are greater than in patients with complete growth and development.

Orthodontic examinations must be carried out periodically due to growth and development as well as numerous changes that characterise that period. Children should come for an orthodontic examination after the occurrence of the first permanent teeth, at the age of 6.

They should also come for an orthodontic examination in case of premature loss of deciduous teeth, difficult breathing, thumb sucking, or improper positioning of teeth.

Fixed orthodontic appliances provide continuous impact of force during a 24 hour period and can be metal and aesthetic. An increasing number of patients opt for orthodontic therapy with an aesthetic appliance, which is the latest generation of completely transparent glass brackets that fit perfectly with the colour of the teeth and are almost unnoticeable, pleasant to wear, and easy to maintain. Control after the placement should be made once a month and more often if necessary, as agreed with the orthodontist.

Knowledge of the psychology of children provides excellent communication and work with the youngest. The first visit to the dentist should be in early childhood when the first contacts are made. At this time, children usually test the ground and ideally they should visit the dentist while they do not have pain yet. In this way, it is possible to make ideal cooperation with a purpose of education and motivation of children for maintenance of oral and dental hygiene.

In the field of the children’s dentistry, we provide all the services that include:

We pay particular attention to the work with children with disabilities, where, depending on the severity of an intervention, it is possible to work under analgosedation, as required.
